We will use a simple format, as we share information; our format will allow educators, teachers, parents, and students the ability to understand the information, strategies and the ability to use the resources on the website.

It was an eventful ten years since the grand opening of Toledo Academy of Learning in 1999. Toledo Academy was a public charter school in the inner city of Toledo, Ohio. The school was developed with a solid foundation on which to build a promising academic future for the children.

Student Model

We reject some students because they do not fit the model. Our focus is on one way of thinking, emphasis is on producing a standard. Students who do not fit the mold, or a typical level are left behind. The standards are set at grade level; the core curriculum is duplicated, and all students are expected to achieve at the same pace.
